Shipping Method
We ship all orders within the United States using UPS® Ground.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Weight of your order.
- Destination ZIP code.
The shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 2–7 business days within the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders Shipping to Canada
Please note that orders shipping to Canada will incur additional charges due to shipping across the border. These fees include:
- A minimum brokerage fee of $25–30.
- An 18% duties tax fee.
- Your Province’s standard tax rate.
